The condo was right on the beach and in a great location. Close to everything. Walking out the sliding doors and being steps from the heated pool was amazing.

Relaxing beach get away

Condo was clean and had most items to make stay comfortable. John was friendly and easy to communicate with. Everyone at property was friendly which made the stay nice. Only steps to the beach and pool. Beach towels and in unit

Great weekend in Ormond Beach

Condo was very clean & in great condition. Everything was in great & all the supplies we needed were there. Master bed is a little uncomfortable, but not unmanageable. Parking is hard. We had multiple vehicles & had to park across the street @ the church.

Thanks for the useful feedback. As for the mattress, replacing it with a memory foam mattress is already on the list. As for parking, we feel fortunate to have a reserved spot just steps away from the entry door. Unfortunately, each unit only has a single reserved spot. With that said, there are 5 or 6 visitor spots along the same row as our reserved spot. During special weeks (Bike week, speed week, etc), they can fill up quickly. Otherwise, finding a spot for an extra vehicle is generally easy. When we are there, we normally have two vehicles and have never had to park off the property, but it can happen. I hope you visit again soon. Thanks again!

Beach Getaway

Overall a very place. There are a few things that would have made our visit a little better (because we flew into Daytona and brought very little with us) would be in-unit laundry, beach towels and access to beach chairs. The mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t the most comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Would love some stepping stones between the patio and the pool area. We got a few burrs in our feet walking in the grass. A nice, quiet place for a stay at the beach!

Thanks for the useful feedback. I agree with providing beach chairs and towels. The chairs have already been made avialable, and I will provide beach towels next chance I have to do so. As for the mattress, replacing it with a memory foam mattress is already on the list. However, it will be a challenge finding one that is universally liked. Unfortunately, the lawn between the patio to the pool is controlled by the HOA, and they won’t be willing to authorize or install stepping stones to serve a single unit. However, subsequent to your stay, they planted fresh sod, which makes a big difference when walking the few steps to the pool. I look forward to you staying again soon. Thanks again!

Perfect Spot! Beach lovers this is for you!

100% recommend this wonderful beach condo! It is PERFECT for beach lovers! The condo was very clean! Super comfortable beds for a great sleep after a full day at the gorgeous beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Living room furniture was very comfortable unlike many places we've stayed. Clean linens and hot water. What else do you need!!! The grounds are very quiet and peaceful. The heated pool was an extra nice touch! Plenty of parking which is a plus. Felt very safe! We will definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic time and loved the beach being only steps away. I rate this condo an A! It was really perfect. I really can't think of any cons about this place. The only suggestion I would make to the host is to have beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella for guests to use during their stay. We are veteran beach goers and travelers so we always bring our own supplies. Others aren't as lucky to live in the great state of Florida.Thank you to the wonderful host for having a great place to go to relax and forget about our busy lives for a while!!
