Villa Salt is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa near the town of Trogir, whose exclusive location and traditional architecture offer the perfect combination of natural environment and modern technology.

It's built over three floors.

ENTRANCE FLOOR
Three bedrooms with en-suites.

From the front door you will immediately access on the right side the open hallway leading to three of the four bedrooms of the house; and on the left side to a stair case which are taking to the downstairs living room. Each room comes with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and is equipped with aircon. All the bedrooms feature a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over Trogir old town. Towels, bathrobes, and complimentary sets are also provided.

MIDDLE FLOOR
4th bedroom & living/dining & kitchen area

Going down through the stairs, you will get into a big open space which host a living area with a huge sofa and tv, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 10 people.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, ice maker, blender, large set of cutlery (24 pieces each), glasses of all kinds (for red wine, white wine, long drink, soft drink , shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of dishes, bowls, pots and pans.
On this floor there is the 4th bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom has access to a private garden with outdoor furniture.
An additional toilet is also available.

LOWER FLOOR
Lounge area with bar, laundry room & shower

One floor under the living area you will get to the lounge area which is right next to the pool. The lounge area comes with a bar and sofas and TV. Adjacent to the lounge are there is a laundry room, a shower and a toilet.

POOL
The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace is equipped with sun loungers and beach towels. The outdoor shower is right by the pool.
