Other Things to Note:
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
Parking Guidelines: only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
We provide a set of towels for each guest registered in your unit. Please be aware that we do not provide additional towels beyond the initial set provided at the start of your stay.
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!
HVAC System: The building’s HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning operates from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, the system is managed by the building association and may be adjusted based on the outside temperature.
Screening Process: For the safety of all guests, we require a screening process as part of our community's security measures.
