About this property

Cool and cozy new Philippine traditional hut built with bamboo materials. It is surrounded by fruit trees and malunggay trees. The area is so peaceful and a real rural and fishing village. Walk to the beach is less than 100 m.
It comfortably fits 4 and has TV, fridge and air con.
The kitchen kubo is nearby which is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, cutleries, gasul and portable bbq. A place to enjoy cooking, dining and chatting with friends and family.
The separate bathroom and toilet are outside but just next to the Green kubo. Very cleaned and well lit.
The property is enclosed in a 700 sq m so lots of space. Parking is free and secure.
