Our home is packed with features to make your stay special:

Family Fun: Enjoy friendly competition with the in-house arcade games.

Outdoor Living: Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout in the private
backyard or gather around the cozy fire pit under the stars.

Work & Play: A dedicated workspace is available for remote work, and a Pack 'n Play/travel crib is provided for our youngest guests.

Comfort & Convenience: Rest easy in two spacious bedrooms with plush bedding. Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, and a washer and dryer are available for your use.

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire house for a private and comfortable stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms and bathrooms, the game room, and the private backyard with its patio and grill. Ample parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Please note that the garage and the indoor fireplace are not available for guest use.

Interaction With Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site, we are always available via the VRBO app or by phone should you need anything during your stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful and stress-free vacation.

Security:

For your safety and security, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the front and back entrances.

Florida Wildlife: Our home is in sunny Florida, and nature is part of the experience! You might occasionally see local wildlife, including bugs or reptiles. We have a professional pest control service that treats the property regularly, but a few critters may still pop in to say hello.

The house was immaculate. Tom even left us balloons, snacks and a bottle of wine for my birthday. We only had 2 issues, one with a coffee maker that quit working and the propane tank for the grill ran out of gas. Both were resolved with new ones being delivered in less than 10 minutes. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the location is great. Tom and Jen are wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Safety Harbor.

Excellent Home and Location

This is an excellent home in Safety Harbor. Safe, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, you can walk to everything on Main Street. It is a good base to explore the surrounding area and beaches as well. Communication and access were super easy, and the house is stocked with just about everything you'll need. Soap, shampoo, coffee, creamer, water, a bottle of wine, and snacks were a nice touch. If you're a Gen Xer like us, you'll LOVE the arcade machines with Pac-Man, Galaga, and other classics from the day. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this home enough! Not just because of the home (which was so thoughtfully stocked and designed for VRBO use) but for how hospitable the hosts are! I will make sure we always book this home when we stay in the area! If I could give more stars I would!
