An incredible place with SO many books! Plenty of beds to sleep in, which was perfect for our big family coming to town. Our one complaint was the place smelled like cigarette smoke. When we came home and unpacked, our clothes still smelled like it.

Jaime and her group were great guests and followed house rules perfectly. Unfortunately some of bed the sheets appear to have been stained and had to be replaced. If we know in advance we can pre-treat but these went through the laundry before it was observed. Nevertheless I would be happy to host Jaime's group again :-)
This property worked wonderful for our youth group everything was as detailed. Chris was great and very accommodating to our large group. Communication was excellent. The library was amazing and the yard was a great space for our youth to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.
The property and house were lovely. They were exactly as described in the ad. We had no issues but when I messaged the owner with a question he was prompt with a response. There was lots of space for both our families in the house. A great stay!

Thank you for being such a great guest Sheila, we appreciate you taking such great care of our place and look forward to your next visit!
We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Staying for a week, we wanted a place the kids could enjoy. The first morning, our 6 year old grandson looked out to the backyard and saw a deer under the tree. The three kids stood there quietly watching that deer for about 10 minutes before it left. They watched a couple VERY family friendly movies and even had a snowball fight one evening…(something they could never do where we are from). This place was absolutely ideal for us.

Laura and her family took wonderful care of our place and were a pleasure to have. We hope to host them again in the future!
The house is large with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a big landing upstairs with two twin beds. The library is amazing! However, the dining room is small, and the house smells like cigarette smoke (in case anyone is sensitive to that). There were no pics of the back yard but it's large with big trees. There's a small deck with a small charcoal BBQ as well. The house was well stocked with trash bags, toilet paper, etc.I'd definitely come back!
