This bright and spacious three-bedroom home is located in the desirable Knowles Heights section of North Truro. The home sits on a nice lot with natural landscaping and mature plantings.

The open living and dining room shares a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and ceiling fans. Large windows and the door to the deck let in plenty of sunlight. The living room has comfortable seating and a television. The well-equipped kitchen off the dining room has Bosch appliances and a slider to the large deck where you can lounge, dine out and relax.

All of the home's three bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is a second full bathroom on the first floor with shower only. All three bedrooms have window air conditioner units.

The property comes with access to an association beach on Cape Cod Bay. The footpath leading to the association beach stairs is approximately 100 yards away.

Wash off the sand from a day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy a night under the stars around the fire pit.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement and a ping pong table for fun family tournaments. There is also plenty of space to store bikes and other outdoor equipment.

Bonus: bring your boat on vacation--there is a separate driveway to accommodate your boat and trailer during your stay. This home is also pet-friendly (dogs only).

Short drive to wonderful Truro restaurants, Cape Cod National Seashore sites of interest and beaches, Highland Lighthouse, Highland Links Golf Course, Truro Vineyards, Payomet Performing Arts Center and all Provincetown has to offer including shopping, dining, nightlife, whale watches, ferry service and fishing charters.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

Good renting experience

Fully as advertised. Professionally managed -- a very good renting experience overall Good location. Short drive to P-town. Relatively easy access to Route 6. Nice outdoor space in back -- deck with two seating areas, separate fire pit and grill areas, plus outdoor shower and even a couple of hammocks. You can hear, but not see, the surf. No lawn -- it's wild beach grass that's pretty but best not walked on for risk of ticks. Sitting outdoors requires bug spray. 3 queen beds are on the softer/spongier side, but we slept ok. The a/c window units cool the bedrooms very well. The large common space easily accommodates six or more at the dining room table or in the living area, which has a large, modern TV setup. The common space is not air-conditioned, and in peak summer needs a couple of hours to cool off after a summer's day before you'll want to hang out there. The wireless internet worked very well throughout the property. The open kitchen is modern and well-equipped but very short on workspace, making meal prep a bit challenging. The outdoor grill was clean and worked really well. Five stars for a small family renting in early or late season. Otherwise still solidly recommended at 4 stars. A/C in the common space and maybe a small kitchen island would take this rental to the next level. Thank you for having us.

Perfect get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! The deck was wonderful for morning coffee or dinner and relaxing in the evening! The area was so peaceful! At times all we could hear were the birds and the waves in the bay! The location was great-just minutes from beaches and Provincetown! The kids loved playing ping pong (actually the adults did too!😉)! They loved how close it was to the bay beach!! Everything about this home made it a perfect get away for our family! Thank you!

Lovely home in quiet setting

We loved the house. Perfect size for our family. Very clean. The yard was a bit overgrown and weeds and shrubs not trimmed around the house. Hard to walk on path to hammocks and outside shower

Great location, clean home!

We loved staying at this property! It was a great location, and perfect for our young kids and small dogs. Easy process for key pick-up and drop-off. Only bummer is extra $212 VRBO fee, and a steep pet fee. Otherwise, no complaints. We hope to come back again, thanks for renting us your home.
