Warn Out Condo
This condo is Not 5 min from beach, 12 to 15 min car ride. Apon arrival we had to clean all the ceiling fan blades before starting them, there is No Hot Water anywhere in this condo Except the 3 showers upstairs and 1 upstairs bathroom, yes this included kitchen sink, so we had to boil water for washing dishes. The 3 patio sliding doors were so warn out we had to use both hands and a foot to open & close them. The condo was sold prior to our arrival so washer and dryer were locked up as well as jetted tub. 2 of the bathroom drains were leaking and had to be repaired. The condo should have been Fumigated prior to our arrival, Cockroaches were everywhere daily. On the 4th week the refrigerator died and was repaired multiple times before they finally replaced it on the second last day of our stay, we lost lots of meat and vegetables which we were never re-imbursed for. 2 of the Bed plastic covers were so rotten they were literally falling apart and, on the 2nd, last day of our stay we were doing dishes and pulled the drain plug to drain the water when the drain hose broke and water was everywhere. We reported all this to the new owner, and she informed us after we were home that we had destroyed the bed liners as well as the sink drains. The only nice thing about this condo was the pool and the courtyard, they are in fantastic condition and looked after daily. We would Not Recommend this Condo to Anyone.
