The Luxury Villa with private swimming pool at Black Sea Coast

The newly built detached villa with sea views and vast views across the valley, at the foot of the mountains in the villa area of Kosharitsa. Just 2.5km. to Sunny Beach with one of the best sandy beaches in Bulgaria.
The villa is centered on the plot of 500m2 with a best quality made pool with measures 8/4 meters. On the first floor, there is the entrance lounge with an open plan living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with shower/wc. On the second floor there is very good size master double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and direct huge door leading to the balcony. The balcony faces almost all geographical directions so you can enjoy looking either towards the mountain behind, your place with the pool, the valley in front of you, the villa area all round or the sea and the salutes of the resort of Sunny Beach or even Bay of Bourgas further south.
The house is alarmed and with a company with a man made response unit.2-3 min. away there is a hotel with kids area, tennis courts Behind that and further 5 min. away ,there is a most popular secluded folklore restaurant. The biggest aqua park is 10 min .away and the best night life is at Sunny Beach - only 5 min. by car.
Sunny Beach - The resort is situated on 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 100 hotels, erected in long and wide lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its six-kilometers-long beaches reach as far as Nessebur to the south. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole spectre of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children

Geräumiges Haus mit schönem Pool und Terrasse

Das Haus war sehr geraumig und ordentlich. Die Sitzmoeglichkeiten aussen waren klasse und sehr vielfaeltig (ueberdachte Terrasse, Gartenhaus, offene Terrasse). Die Ausstattung der Kueche ist gut wenn auch z. T. schon etwas abgelebt. Innerhalb des Grundstuecks ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Umgebung ist weniger ansprechend. Zur Stadt und zum Meer jeweils 15-20 Min. Fahrtzeit. Das Haus kann man durchaus empfehlen. Den Titel Luxus-Villa fand ich allerdings ueberzogen und entspechend auch den Preis fuer bulgarische Verhaeltnisse sehr hoch.

Great villa with amazing pool

Lovely villa with an amazing pool and what we called the pool bar. Very clean on arrival. Although we absolutely loved our stay in this villa there were a couple of things that could be improved. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms or at least one of them as the one in.the lounge did not reach these. It said there was satellite t.v. but only had 2 channels I know you don't go on.holiday to watch telly all day but when you have different age groups would be great. The team here were great from arranging transport to keeping the pool spotless. Sorted us even though the car broke on the way from the airport!! One word of warning MOSQUITO BITES watch out we got eaten alive. All in all this was an amazing holiday which we thougherly enjoyed. sad to.leave and come home.

2 very nice weeks spent here. Julian is a very nice man. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was as good as can be.
