Beautiful, quiet estate surrounded by vineyards and water, 2 miles from Napa town. Main house with 2 K ensuite bedrooms (K master available for longer term stays), large LR, DR and kitchen! Separate studio cottage and Murphy bed in office (that has sauna and steam room). Large infinity pool with hot tub, bocce ball court, separate outdoor grill and patio space, and spacious event patio and lawn space perfect for parties, weddings, etc. All facing vineyards and the amazing Napa sunsets... a postcard every evening! Gorgeous landscaping, orchards and vegetable beds... help yourself!
