Named for the Gershwin opera "Porgy and Bess" the property is located in the trendy Park Circle Community. "Bess" is less than 10 minutes from the Airport, Tanger Outlet Mall, Top Golf, the North Charleston Coliseum & Performance Arts Center. 20-minute drive to Downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant; 25 minutes to the Beaches.

Family friendly, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with hardwood floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances: gas range, George Foreman grill, toaster oven, and waffle iron. Coffee & a selection of teas provided. Pots, pans, slow cooker, baking supplies including a hand mixer & bowls. Dishes, silverware, paper plates & bowls, napkins & paper towels provided. Grill, charcoal & lighter fluid provided. Beach bag, towels, toys, chairs & cooler. Master suite has a TV, tray ceiling, walk in closet & dual vanity in bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a TV & private reading nook. 3rd bedroom has a work desk and wireless HP printer. Laundry room equipped with detergent, fabric softener, dryer rack, iron & ironing board. Relax in the rocking chairs on the covered front porch with ceiling fan. Watch soccer practice from the porch or walk across the street to catch a softball game.

Bess, the house, was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located near Park Circle. Food and Beverage was easy to get to. The inclusion park is a must for kids. Our teenagers went in the rain and it didn’t stop their fun. The house was just as described. Clean,well stocked, and accommodated 4 andults, 3 teens. Our host, Cookie, was just as wonderful! Communication was clear, fast, and very helpful. The little perks of feeling welcomed was a nice touch. A nice outdoor patio to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for something near Park Circle- Bess is your place
