The house is fully renovated with spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and dining room, comfortable living room, den and office area. The luscious garden also has several tables, outside shower and tub plus a fire pit. Also EV charging, crib, highchair for kids, beach chairs and umbrella. Surfside town is a few blocks walk away with great restaurants and shops.

If you are looking for a clean, stylish, and family-friendly home in North Miami Beach, this is it. The location is unbeatable with quick beach access, and the Laurie is incredibly responsive and helpful. Having a full-size crib and high chair waiting for us was a huge plus. Five stars for both the home and the hospitality!
