Property was as described. We were a short uber ride to Key Bank Center for concert we attended. There were restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed. Overall we had a nice experience with our rental.

Apartment was spacious, clean and nice. Outside of house could use some love. Was dying to see the rest of the house!! Anyway my only feedback was to add stair treads. Stairs are steep, somewhat narrow, and wood so slippery. Mostly for the pets but probably would be safer for adults too.

Very responsive host. Great location. Very clean and nice updated bathrooms. Great furnishings and decor. Everyone had a lot of fun playing darts. Nice open spaces.

The neighborhood was a little noisy. The air conditioner was loud, but not awful. There was no shopping but close to a grocery store.

Clean and well kept!

Pros: Loved the location which was close to restaurants and shopping. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms and a washer/dryer were an absolute godsend while traveling with my infant granddaughter. The apartment was decorated so cute and we loved the sun room! Check in was super easy and Host was great with communication. Cons: This apartment while nice and spacious is not centrally air conditioned. There is only 1 portable type room unit positioned in the living room. That unit works fine for the one room but the remaining rooms of the apartment were very hot and stuffy. Also it’s important to note that the windows in this apartment do not open so we couldn’t even get a breeze in the evening after the sun went down. There was a standing fan in the dining room which we moved to the second bedroom in the back to help. I understand it was unusually hot weather in the local area while we were there and the single room AC unit might normally be enough but I still think the listing should have been a bit more accurate regarding this.

This was a 5 star stay all around! Nicole was a great host, and she checked in with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with our stay and didn’t need anything. The apartment was in the perfect location and exactly what we needed for our weekend in Buffalo! It was clean, well stocked with necessary items, and the parking spot was a definite plus.
