Recently renovated 40 sqm street-level studio apartment, just 100 meters from the shore and a short 500-meter walk to the center of Tórshavn. The nearest free bus stop is only a three-minute walk away.

The apartment does not have cooking facilities, but it features a kitchen counter with a refrigerator, running water, a kettle, and a toaster—perfect for preparing light meals or enjoying takeaway food.
Street parking is free, and spaces are usually available. However, during peak hours, you may need to drive around the block a couple of times or park a bit farther away, which is also free of charge.
The combined living and sleeping area includes a comfortable 160x200 cm bed and a separate sitting area with a Smart TV. The WiFi connection is excellent.
The bathroom is small but well-designed for efficiency.
