Guests will have access to every room, with the exception of our locked closet.



We prefer to contact through the app but are available by phone or in person if needed.



The property is part of a multi-unit building, on the second floor. There are several steps needed to walk up to get into the unit.



Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available at $20/hr upon request - The reason we ask this, is because typically it takes 4 hours to clean the property. If you wish to check in early, our cleaner will have to bring an extra person to help clean the unit quicker.



Remember, you`re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.



Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse pets based on age, sexe, breed and/or if they are fixed or not.
