English Towers #605 is located oceanfront at 100th Street. Lovely Oceanfront sixth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, recently upgraded, nicely furnished, central a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player, indoor pool. Occupancy limited to 8 persons. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Parking for one vehicle. This unit is in the mini-week program with flexible turn days and rents full and partial weeks. BR1) 1-King BR2) 1-set bunkbeds (2-Twins) plus 1-Full LR) Queen Sleep Sofa. Wi-Fi service available throughout English Towers Condominium building for a fee. The English Towers charges a $50 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for one car upon arrival at the building. Parking for a 2nd car, first come first serve with a price of $10 a day or $60 a week. New property access by key-fob for both exterior doors and pool. $50 fee for replacement of lost fob. There is an off season registration fee of $25.00 from Oct 1st thru April 30th. The fitness center may be used by guest with signed waiver and $10.00 for the key fob. Beach lockers are available for $15.00 per week and lock are available for sale for $5.00. English Towers is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. No pets, please.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property, it was clean and well maintained. Friendly condo team. The view from the unit was amazing to wake up to and have coffee/breakfast on the balcony Just a quick ride to Rehoboth, Dewey or Bethany beaches too! We will definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront ocean view

Wonderful location to enjoy the ocean view, whether inside or out. Nicely decorated. Glass table top and furniture tops not good with young kids. Great for adults.

Hello, We stayed during Memorial Day week 2020. The facility was very nice, clean, well maintained and secure. The only thing to note is this property goes through a real estate agent, which is not a big deal. Normally we rent through VRBO directly from the owners. Tom

Perfect view and clean apartment!

This property had a beautiful size balcony with the best view of the ocean. The apartment was so nice and clean and the owners did a great job ensuring each family would have what they need. Remember to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel! I can't wait to reserve at this same location again. Our family made some amazing memories here!! Thank you!

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay at English Towers. The unit was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Gorgeous views and close proximity to everything. The building security and amenities are a plus. The elevators worked great, except for the one time the kids got stuck, but the technician was there very quickly. The tennents were extremely nice and welcoming. The pool was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this unit and building to anyone. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable Stay

The 6th floor ocean front view was wonderful. Sitting on the large deck and watching and hearing the waves was wonderful. We had a really enjoyable stay in this clean and well maintained condo. It was very comfortable and had lots of supplies. We would surely stay again.
