Beautiful panoramic view of north & south Ocean City from this 3rd floor bayfront unit. Sitting on the front balcony you can enjoy the sunrise over south Ocean City and from the large rear balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the bay and route 90 bridge, also enjoy watching parasailing, sport fishing boats and run abouts. Kids of all ages will love the beautiful outdoor pool. Brightly colored living area with sofa bed, stereo, 4 DVD players, books and games for everyone's enjoyment. FourTVs with Roku devices to stream your favorite channels. Upgraded appliances in well-lit kitchen with skylights. Attached bar with stools, kitchen is well supplied, including blender, coffee maker, ice tea maker, toaster, can opener, microwave, and dishwasher. New central air system in 2024. Washer/Dryer in unit. Hallway closet offers beach chairs, and some beach toys too. Spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed with private adjoining bathroom. There is a balcony off of the master bedroom, facing south. Second bedroom with its beachy decorations offers queen-size bed with TV. The third bedroom is an open loft area, accessed by a spiral staircase, with bunks for the kids and TV/DVD player with game ports. Two boom-boxes kept in the condo for your use. This unit is just a few blocks from Jolly Rogers' amusement park. Market/Deli is one block away. This is a well-maintained and nicely decorated condo, you won't be disappointed if you chose this unit for your next vacation. Occupancy maximum 8 persons; non smoking only, please. 2014 New central Air, new sliding doors, new hot water heater NO BOAT DOCK. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the property.

Summer vacation in OC, MD

Great location . Fantastic view of the bay from the back porch . Within walking distance of multiple great restaurants and bars and the bus stop . Owners equipped the condo with everything we needed . Would not recommend this to older people, we stayed on the third floor and there was no elevator . Wasn’t a problem for us but I could see it would be for the elderly or handicapped . I could see myself staying here again .

Comfortable with a view!

This property was ideal for a family vacation. We had 4 adults and one child and fit comfortably in the three bedroom condo. Although we didn't make full use of the kitchen, it was a great set up if you prefer to cook rather than go out. Dishes, pots, pans, and everything else you may need was available. Having a washer and dryer was a great asset to our vacation. The balcony had a great view of the bay and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The location was ideal, just about a three block walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk or out to dinner. It was great to have a pool to swim in and relax by. We enjoyed our week long stay and would come back here in a heartbeat!

Nice Location, Property NOT VERY CLEAN!!!

Great location and view of the bay! Property was not near as big as it seemed in the pictures. It would be very hard for eight people to stay at this location. Property was not clean when we arrived. The kitchen floor was dirty and had crumbs all over it, the laundry area looked like it had not been cleaned it quite awhile, and there was black mold or something black in the one shower. Also the night stands were dusty as if no one had cleaned when the last group left. Doors on the kitchen cupboards did not close right, toilet paper holder was broke with a note on it that said it would be replaced soon, some of the outlets did not work, also had a note on that said they did not work! Overall, nice location but the unit it self needs some MAJOR upkeep!!!
