Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the Beach, Boardwalk, Rides, Games, Restaurants, or the Water Park. Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside Heights.

Seaside Heights has become the #1 affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey.

Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.

We are proud to introduce our new addition to our inventory of summer beach rentals.

We purchased a 28-room boarding house and convert it to a 5-family. Your beach home, located on the first level, a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom with an open kitchen/living concept and a 60-inch TV in the living room.

Our beach house is centrally located; approx. 3 to 4 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean. We offer 2-free street parking passes (additional parking spaces may be available $$) plus up to 6 beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500).

Book early so you can have the first pick for your vacation time.

BEACH:
We are located beach block, just 3 to 4 homes from the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation.

Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.


ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's of Seaside rstr await your arrival.

At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away).

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. With the rental you will receive 2-parking passes that provide free street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.

3) Unreturned parking passes will be charged $20 per day, up to a maximum of $500.

4) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

5) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

6) This is a multi-family building, footsteps from guests utilizing the upstairs unit may be heard during your stay. You will have access to the first-floor apartment of this building. While it is technically the first floor, the house is elevated, so a flight of stairs is required to access. Please consider this before making a reservation.

7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

8) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

9) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

10) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place

I visited family for a couple of days. The location is great, easy to get to the boardwalk and any other activities you might want. The other patrons can be loud at the early hours of the morning, but this should be expected given the party nature of the area. There was a minor issue the a/c but it was rectified right away without any further issues. It was nice to have parking passes, beach passes and the community porch for grilling. Really nice place and great people to rent from.

Great location House layout is perfect Attention to concerns was quick AC in one bedroom wasn’t working (we were not informed)Despite being told that the other units would pick up the slack…. They did not and guests couldn’t sleep in that room.
