Recently modernized and restyled (March 2024) Large modern Deluxe Villa, good up to 20+ people, consists of two independent parts each with private entrance. Fully furnished with designer furniture including kitchens with all possible equipment. Everything for self-cathering. Pool, sunbeds, bbq zone, garden furniture, outside parking.

Unique BlackSeaCoast panorama, Author's design, Personaly named and decored bedrooms. Private location of the villa, Opportunity for secluded relaxation and family-style holidays.

All common parts are open for guests use: BBQ and outside dining zone, pool with sunbeds, TVs+WiFI, Fully equipped kitchens and inside dining zones, Wash- and Dishmachines etc.

Full support on request. Airport transfers, taxi services, trips to supermarkets, mini-excursions, sports and activities (horse riding, golf including lessons, tennis, football, fishing, bbq by the sea and so on). Additionally food&drinks delivery including farmer`s meet, vegs&fruits - on request as well.

i didn`t want to review these guests on public but now have no choice: i never seen such a low level of a household culture, dirt and filth left after stay (4 cleaners had to clean during 8 hours), so much garbage left (as if wasn`t thrown for the whole stay), such controlless children, such constant claims about everything including absurd "build me a pool fence right now"; people who are in the pool with their clothes on and jump there so much that the water level drops below the skimmer (which means the risk of burning the motor), everybody screams like in some bazaar. didn`t expect it really. oh, thanks god it`s ended. this property is not like villas in monaco worth big millions but of course doesn`t deserve such "review". good there are many people with totally opposite understanding and impression.

La maison est située dans les hauteurs, il faut emprunter un chemin non goudronné pour s y rendre. Pas toujours évident même en voiture. Les plus : le panorama / la situation pour visiter/ la superficie de la maison / la maison est foctionnelle / la décoration / la disponibilité de la gestionnaire / les transats. Les moins : la literie / les odeurs des canalisations / manque d un peu de verdure à l exterieur / certains équipements ne fonctionnent pas / pas de volets ni rideaux occultants dans les chambres / petit manque de rigueur au niveau du ménage. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et sommes contents. Le prix est en adéquation avec les prestations.
