Park City Mountain Resort is walking distance away & offers the Zip Line, Roller coaster, Alpine Slide, horseback rides & numerous other activities.


Come stay in our beautifully Park Avenue Condo located on the gorgeous Park City Golf Course. The bathrooms were upgraded including new tile & glass shower doors. Enjoy the large flat screen and comfortable furniture in the living room.
There are 2 bedrooms** one with a KING bed and the other has a QUEEN bed. The 3rd bedroom is lofted with two twin beds. The loft is not recommended for very small children as the railing does not extend to the ceiling and may pose a hazard for unaccompanied toddlers.
Directly out the back door is the Park City Golf Course. Beautiful spot to sit and relax in summer and a great play place in the snow for the little ones in winter.
You also have your own private hot tub directly out your door.

This was a great location for our annual ski trip. We walked to the slopes and the bus was easy for downtown. The kitchen was well supplied for the evening we ate in. Plenty of space and the host was fantastic at working with us.

Great PC condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the lifts, even for our kids. It was also very conveniently near the grocery store, Starbucks, plus several restaurant options w/in walking distance. Our kids loved the hot tub and playing out in the snow in the backyard.

Great property and location

5 of us stayed (1 couple, 3 singles, all roughly 30y/o) and it was the perfect size. Check in was easy and owner communication was fantastic. Some appliances could use updating (left side of toaster is messed up and coffee maker was clearly showing age) but everything did work. The loft space with 2 single beds is very tight, but if only used for sleeping it is not an issue. The walk to Park City slopes is not bad and access to a bus stop and the grocery/liquor stores is ideal.

My wife, 2 daughters(7 &9) and sister took our first ski trip and it was a success! This rental was a huge reason we had so much fun. From walking to Starbucks every morning, to the convent free bus access to the slopes, restaurants, etc. My girls probably enjoyed playing in the snow in the backyard the most. We will be back!

We were very happy with this unit and the owner/manager. We were three generations of the same family, Grampa, Dad and three teens and tweens. Unit was super conveniently located across the street from a great supermarket and a couple of blocks from a great restaurant. Town bus stop was nearby and a short ride to the slopes. Perfect for skiing vacation without a car. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. Sorry to leave Park City.

Perfect for our family!!!

We have a family of five children (ages 3-10) and were looking for a getaway last summer and this was the perfect spot! It was very cozy and comfortable....great new furniture and plenty of places to sit and eat together, watch a movie or play games. And also had enough room to spread out to relax and sleep. The kids loved the loft! The condo is updated with a full kitchen - we cooked most of our meals and had all of the kitchen items that we needed. The swimming facilities and hot tub were used by us daily and a great relief from the sun and activities that filled our days. We loved having the golf course in the "backyard" and spent quite a few nights relaxing in the back. The condo is situated in a perfect location - a quick drive to shopping, the Olympic Park and dining options. We also took advantage of the Park City bike trails and connected to them right from the condos! We also enjoyed that the condo is in such great condition - updated and very clean! We would definitely return for another getaway! In fact, my children keep asking when we get to go to our "home in Park City!"

Great condo!

The condo is spacious, modern and central to everything (the shuttles are very efficient, there are 3 lines for the closest slopes!). The backyard is very nice for the kids to play in the snow, the view astonishing. As soon as it snows, plows came to make sure we could drive back and forth the condo. Holly is really nice, efficient and helpful. We had a great time and hope to come back!

Super Location to Park City Mountain. Gorgeous backyard area!

The location of the condo is very close to slopes. Easy drop off and pick up for teenagers. Loved the backyard view. Saw elk and Cross country skiers. Loved the kitchen, washer, dryer, hair dryer and carport. Unit very well equipped for anything you may need. Holly is very quick to communicate and also very helpful. Wonderful stay! Grocery Store and Walgreens right across the street.

Cozy 3 bedroom condo in great location near everything. Perfect for family/group of 4 or 6. Short drive or walk to PCMR and only 2 min walk to shuttle stop. What a location!

Wow, a ten minute walk to the closest lift? Private hot tub? TWO parking spots (with room for a third if you squeeze in)? Yes, this place has it all. Even an electronic fireplace that keeps everything so cozy. Loved this spot and so did my family. Everyone enjoyed it for the price and location. Being across the street from the supermarket was also very very nice. Easy communication, great spot, and easy checkin/check out. Thank you so much!

Great location! Didn’t realize there was only a tv in the living room and not in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a great location. The manager, Holly, was super helpful in delivering some needed supplies as well as shipping a men’s shaver left at departure. She made the stay even better! Thank you Holly for all that you did!!
