Enjoy a Minimum 30-night Stay In the SunBird Golf Resort in Chandler, Arizona

NOTE: The SunBird Golf Resort is an Active Adult community. At least one guest must be 55 years of age or older, and all guests must be 19 years or older. In an effort to maintain the quality of the community and ensure the safety and security of the neighbors, the SunBird HOA limits rentals to a minimum of 30 nights. The HOA also prohibits any person classified as a Level Three or Level Two sex offender from staying in SunBird.

Our beautiful vacation retreat is located in the SunBird Golf Resort in south Chandler, and you will have access to all the amenities of the Active Adult (age 55+) gated resort community. This charming home is fully furnished and equipped with everything except your clothes and golf clubs. We even provide a toothbrush in case you forgot your own. The kitchen has a glass-top electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and a pantry. We provide all the basic cookware, plates, glasses, utensils, electric can opener, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock-pot, as well as towels and bed linens and stacked washer/dryer. The cozy living room has 2 La-Z-Boy recliners, a comfy La-Z-Boy reclining loveseat, and a 54-inch 4K TV. The primary bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, bureau, 32-inch smart HDTV, large walk-in closet, en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, 32-inch smart HDTV, and walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has a shower over the tub. The covered patio on the east side of the house has a propane BBQ, dining table and chairs, and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon beverages and outdoor dining. There is a chaise lounge for soaking up the sun. The carport accommodates a car and a golf cart. There is a small storage area for luggage, etc. We pay all utilities, including electricity, local TV channels, NetFlix, HBO/Max and Amazon Fire Stick, and we provide secured wireless hi-speed Internet service. The streets of SunBird are perfect for jogging, walking, and bike riding. One of SunBird's two heated swimming pools is only a block from our house. The on-site Post Office and the Clubhouse with everything it has to offer are within a very short distance. In addition to the golf course, the resort includes tennis, pickleball, shuffle board, horseshoes, and bocci ball facilities. The Clubhouse also has a restaurant and bar, as well as a fully-equipped fitness center, billiard tables and a library. Travel 8 miles to Downtown Chandler and 13 miles to the Chandler Fashion Center. Plan for day trips to Tucson, Flagstaff, and the various lakes and historic and cultural destinations that are within easy traveling distance from SunBird.
