I wouldn't call this place luxurious. My daughter saw spiders. There was a raised nail in the master bathroom floor. Otherwise the place was clean and smelled good.

First the feedback.All the remotes were missing the backs causing the batteries to fall out. The remote in the main living area did not operate the tv.The beds were all uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress was loud, springs of both the mattress and bed frame. While the host addressed the concern, the smoke detectors were chirping when we walked in to the property. This would not have been that big a deal as batteries die, but the cleaning person was leaving at the time we pulled up for check in. There are no blinds on the master bedroom windows or sliding glass door, would prefer the option of privacy. The blinds in the living area do not fit the window. The refrigerator was alarming due to filters needing to be replaced. Again not that big a deal if the cleaning person weren’t walking out when we walked in. Lastly there was an iron and no ironing board. I ended up buying a small one, 15 and just left it. This property has a ton of potential. A few quick updates. New mattresses in all the rooms. New frame in the master. New remotes in all the rooms. Replacement batteries. Blinds on all the windows and sliding glass door. That large wall could use a cleaner paint job and maybe some posters of all the things in the area. Could also use a simple update to the front door with an electric deadbolt for entry.The location is quiet and a great location in relation to all the things to do in the area. Overall it was fine but I couldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

We did not enjoy our stay. Came to town for a concert with two friends. When we arrived we were given the wrong address and were stranded on a random porch in the pouring rain. I called the host and was hung up on after saying I was already provided the address. The neighbor was nice enough to direct us to the home which was next door but did not have the correct address that was shared with me. Upon entering we noticed a strong cigarette smell throughout the home especially in one of the rooms. We were unable to utilize this room due to the overwhelming smell. This impacted our comfort booking for 3 rooms but only being able to sleep in two. The cleanliness of the home was not up to par, the bathtubs were dirty resulting in us having to buy our own cleaning products to be able to enjoy our stay. It was conveniently located close to the stadium which was a plus though we did have to travel 20 minutes in Ubers for good places to eat. The home looks the same as the pictures but deceiving. I did reach out to the host who did respond with concern about the cigarette smell as it is a non smoking and the address possibly not being updated due to it being built more recently. I then reached out about the cleanliness with pictures and never heard back from the host. I wanted to provide all the details so that you can understand why most of the other reviews say “decent stay”.
