The location of the property was very good, once we located the building, which is not visible from the main road as it is in a type of dead-end alley. During the day, we had no issues in terms of walking to most places we wanted to visit. Those places that were not within walking distance were a short taxi or Uber ride away. Our main concern was walking to the building at night because there are crowds gathered outside a loud night club on the right side of the alley, just a couple of doors from the building. The convenience store right next to the building also attracts large groups, but we were never harassed by anyone. It was just unexpected and intimidating. The penthouse could be better maintained. There is water damage on the walls, the paint is peeling in some areas, and the laundry machine was pretty disgusting, but the large space, excellent view, and reasonable price made up for the unsightly details.
