Cozy, relaxing home in the heart of the Alameda island! 7 mins from Oakland Int. Airport. About 20 mins to San Francisco by ferry. Convenient location to UC Berkeley. Close to BART. Beach, parks, local markets and restaurants in walking distance. Alameda has lot of bike lanes. Ideal for families and working professionals year-round.
Well stocked kitchen, gas BBQ grill, deck & patio in backyard to enjoy. Keyless entry to provide uease and security. A beautiful retreat to relax and unwind, this fantastic home is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay. (ps. There is a studio in the back with its own access from driveway. Backyard is fence/gated partition). **There are parkings in front of the house, and 2-3 house down. To allow access to studio from driveway, pls do not park vehicle on driveway.
