The pool is heated to 85Ā°F during the day from November through April. Please note that heating speed depends on outdoor temperatures and may vary based on the weather. The heater control panel is for management use only. Tampering will result in a $500 fine plus any repair costs. Pool heating outside the regular season (Mayā€“November) is available for a $30/night fee.

One dog may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional pet fee. Please share your petā€™s breed and weight when inquiring.

Lovely space for a small group.

I spent three nights here and had a lovely time, host was responsive, check-in was easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils so I was able to cook for my other friends staying with me with no issues/nothing missing. Beds were all very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place, great location

This place is well taken care of and clean, in a quiet location in a nice neighborhood. We walked to some great restaurants and the parking is super easy. The host was very quick to reply to messages and address any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Great location in a really nice neighborhood. House was super clean, comfortable and classy. Parking in back lot was great. Tony is an outstanding host, our go to for Cleveland. We had a great time, Cleveland really does rock!

I really like this property. My kids who are brutally honest LOVED this house. It is so nice and modern, more than enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. 6 minutes from downtown and the aquarium. I will definitely book again when in the area.

Super clean, cozy house in a good location.

House was super clean, beds were very comfy. Prompt responses from owner. Only recommendation I would say is to add a mirror in the rooms or master since one bathroom it would be a good ideal for getting ready and freeing up the bathroom.

Convenience and comfort!

House was very easy to get to from I 90 and convenient to everything we wanted to do, especially the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. It was amazingly clean, loved the fireplace and it was great to have coffee pods there waiting for us. Having 2 parking spots out back were perfect as my friends and I came from different directions and were able to meet there with room for both cars. Some tips, the back screen door sticks a little but give it a good tug and it will open. The thermostat temp is controlled by sliding your finger across the top. And if you can't connect to the internet, just reboot the router in the basement. None of these are a big deal but now you don't have to figure it out. Regardless, the owner has renovated and redecorated and everything was perfect! If we go back to Cleveland, this is where we'll stay. Oh, and if you love good Italian food, don't miss Bruno's! It's about 5 minutes away by car or a short walk if the weather permits.

Solid property

This is a small, 2-story row house with 3BR and 1 bath. It has been renovated with beautiful tile in the bath. The property was very clean. Check in and parking were easy. A few things to note: while this property has been renovated, there are still three issues that present some significant challenges. 1) The HVAC has a hard time reaching the second floor. There are vents, but the air flow is weak upstairs. Sleeping was a little uncomfortable because the air-conditioning did not do a great job cooling the upstairs. Additionally, the thermostat is not intuitive to use - there should really be instructions, like there are for the tv and fireplace. 2) The flow of water from the shower head is very weak. The tile is lovely, but that's not as important as how the shower works. (I tried all the settings on the shower head, too.) 3) This is a row house, and there is no meaningful soundproofing between units. I could hear conversations through the walls on both sides of the unit. At the moment, one of the units is also being renovated, and the sawing and hammering sounded (and felt) like it was in my unit, not next door. A courtesy notice that there was very loud construction work going on next door would have been in order, so that a potential guest could make an informed decision. That said, even without construction work next door, the walls simply don't mask much sound, so if you have loud renters or residents on either side who keep late hours, you will be out of luck.

This house checked all our boxes. Very comfortable master bed. Updated living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Jesse and Elona were wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any concerns. We would rent this house again.

November Weekend Stay

This property was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Host was wonderful and very accommodating. The neighborhood was ok. This unit is in between two other units, but we did not have any issues with noise from the neighbors. The unit was updated very nicely and modern. The building is old so we could feel that the subfloor was spongy under the flooring in some areas and underneath the bathtub. The smart thermostat automatically adjusts the heat temperature, and the forced air heat was not as efficient upstairs as it was on the main floor, so it got pretty chilly at night. I would recommend the host install privacy window film on the bedroom door window at the top of the stairs and fix the broken bedroom blinds for better guest privacy. Otherwise, the unit was nicely furnished and very clean.

Great Spot & House

This was a great spot to stay for a weekend trip to Cleveland. Close to everything that you need and the house was up to date and clean. I would stay here again when we come back up to Cleveland! Property Manager very responsive and accommodated our needs!

Boys Trip

Great accommodations for 6 buddies going to watch a football game. The house was clean and a great size. Check in was super easy and getting a hold of the host was easy through emails when we had questions. Little bit of a walk to the downtown core and to the stadium but was doable. Cab ride was less than 6 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Cleveland charm

The house was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the stairs were hard for our parents to navigate so this is definitely more suitable for a younger crowd. Overall we enjoyed our stay and even got to see part of the air show from the front steps.

Family trip

The house was exactly like the description. It was easy to find and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The 1st bedroom at the top of the stairs had a window in the door. There was no curtain on it or anything, so no privacy. That was a surprise to us, but we just dealt with it. Also the bathroom door has a lock, but it didn't work. We enjoyed our stay, the house is comfortable and spacious.

Great place

The neighborhood isnā€™t fancy but it was an ideal location for being our hub to see the city and easy parking is great. The beds were comfortable and the check in and checkout were easy. I appreciated that the kitchen and bathroom basics were in place and we didnā€™t immediately have to run to the store. Cleveland is a very underrated city.

Quiet Neighbourhood Close to City

Location was great. Quick drive to the Flats and R&R Hall of Fame only 5-10min. Only 20 min. to Westlake which is a nice area close by for shopping and restaurants. Parking in the back was good, secure and safe. There is parking on the street in front of the place too for convenience if frequently going in and out of the house. There is a nice little coffee shop down the street and an ice cream shop both walking distance. Posted pictures of the place are accurate. The host was reliable, communicated promptly and answered any questions if needed. Pleasant to work with. Will come back to this place when possible!

This property was the perfect spot for all of our activities. You are within 10 minutes of downtown and in a great neighborhood. Nice property with plenty of room.

Great spot for Guardians, Browns, Rock & Roll HOF

Nice place. Everything was as advertised. Quiet area. Only a $10-15 Uber to games or RRHOF (cheaper than parking fees). We walked back from a Guardians game in a little over 1/2 hour. Definitely would recommend. One suggestion - creamers for coffee. For a few coffees, you shouldn't have to bring your own cream. Just a little thing and otherwise it was great. Thanks Tony.
