The living room has a queen sleep sofa, a chair that converts to a twin bed & a twin roll away. Both bathrooms have a shower only - no bathtubs. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Two TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is an elevator on the East end of the building toward the beach. Two parking spaces and free WiFi for guests. Occupancy is limited to 8 people. Ideal ocean block location next to Castle in the Sand Hotel with Coconuts Bar & Grill and half block from the beach. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.
