The second floor has an additional living room with a big-screen TV and large couches. The exterior is a great place to relax after a long day at the course including a large open deck (2 grills), a large screened-in porch, a covered outdoor kitchen area (3 grills) including a fireplace, outdoor television, beverage coolers, as well as an 8-person hot tub and bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area has dining/bar/couch seating for 10. Guests are allowed to smoke outdoors with proper waste disposal.

Upgraded gourmet kitchen features granite counters, with new appliances including refrigerator, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Large Island with Bar Stool Seating, Walk-In Pantry, Coffee Bar, Keeping Room with Gas Log Fireplace, and a Large Breakfast Area - seats for 7 in the kitchen and 6 in the dining room! A Butler's Wet Bar with a Wine Cooler is also included. A great space for anyone who wants to entertain!

2 new water heaters that provide 95 gallons of hot water. Parking for 6+ cars in driveway. Smoking is allowed on upper deck and outdoor kitchen area. Keyless entry with a code. We provide Xfinity streaming which has the Golf Channel - all TVs are on streaming.

We have hosted our home for Masters Tournament patrons in the past and we really love sharing our beautiful home with people who are as crazy about the tournament as we are! You and your family/clients will be pampered and very relaxed if you rent our home.

Our home sits on a large estate property with beautiful landscaping, an expansive outdoor entertainment area, and a beautiful pond view. Our neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful homes and scenery. You are a short drive to the Augusta National course with only a couple of turns out of our neighborhood and then a straight drive either down Washington Road or Riverwatch Parkway - 13 miles total.
