Hale Kamaole 240 Second floor condo, easy access to best beach on Maui!

Very comfortable one bedroom condo with Partial Ocean and Garden View. Beautiful Rattan furniture in living room & dining room. Queen hide-a-bed in living room. Spacious kitchen cabinets. Bedroom has new queen pillow top bed with nice bedroom furniture. Desk area across from kitchen. Large Flat screen TV in living room, and 32inch TV in bedroom. Well stocked full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster and Cookware. Outdoor Patio, BBQ Grill, Gas Grill, Outdoor Shower, Shared Pool, Tennis and the beach across the street.

Great condos and location, fees double the cost

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, condo grounds beautiful and well managed, this particular unit is decorated very nicely, really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen supplies) needs a few critical upgrades (stove-unable to use the oven with any accurate temp, bathroom upgrade is getting near dire need; screen on wonderful wide patio doors in need of wd40)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled from Alberta, Canada. We stayed at Hale Kamaole for our Christmas break and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved our condo and can't wait to come back. We had one issue with the stove and the owners were so receptive and wonderful!! We can't wait to see them again and to book another stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a nice stay. The unit was tired and not as clean as We would expect. The quality of the cook ware was very bad and needs thrown out. It was teal finish with all the finish flacked off. Asking the guest to wash the laundry before you leave is stupid. They should use a laundry service as the old apartment size appliances take several loads to do towels sheets and bed spread. At the end of washing the bedspread it came out without cleaner than it was on our arrival.we would return to property but not this unit.
