Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and beautifully maintained the home was — it offered more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably.

Everything was as expected. The only thing it lacked was extra trash bags. We liked that it was centrally located.

Got to leave a review for the vrbo. How does this sound.Overall the house was exactly as described and was clean. The bathroom tub has some drainage issues. The shower drain is loose. The master bed does not have fitted sheets. The kitchen needs more pots and pans variety or better described in listing. The outside landscaping needs cut back in the front by the steps and in the back it has weeds growing through the steps. The deck also needs some attention with the decking either replaced or secured.

The house was well kept. However, the dryer was full of towels and wash cloths which we folded and put in the linen closet. The toilet paper supply and lack of tissues was the only troublesome issues we had. Overall Excellent!

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our first trip to KY, mainly to visit the Ark Experience. The location is easily 30-40 minutes from attractions in KY and OH which we frequented both the entirety of our stay. The home is beautifully decorated with intentional attention to details like multiple charging ports in each room, an extra blanket in the bedrooms, and plaques on the walls and doors reiterating the house rules. Communication was easy and fast with the property owner. He was very accommodating from booking through our stay. We have already suggested the property to some of our friends!!!!
