The location of the house is the strong point! Right in front of the sea you can enjoy the beach with great comfort and tranquility. In the sunny hours, the house's balcony welcomes guests who seek shade without "leaving" the beach. The late afternoon is a true spectacle where the sun's rays, the water and the green of nature mix in the colors and reflections of the landscape.
