This loft is great! Just like the pictures, coazy, clean, beautiful windows with an amazing view of downtown, easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The host was great, check and and check out were a breeze. We stayed here while moving our daughter into the dorms on campus, which is just a few minutes away. My family can't wait to stay here again when we come for football games and other visits! I have been using VRBO for years and this stands out as the best experience I have ever had! 5 stars across the board!

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The cutest downtown loft apartment, in a great location, and with the best hosts - they truly went above and beyond. The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was also walking distance to some great dinner spots and coffee shops. We had the best time and would definitely stay again!

We rent from VRBO quite often and this is one of nicest properties that we have encountered. The location is outstanding! So close to all the great downtown restaurants and UNA! We will definitely stay here every time we are in town!!!

My wife found the listing for this loft which sealed the deal for a last minute whimsical, and first trip, down Alabama! The loft is every bit as beautiful and cozy as the photos suggest. From coffee to travel/dining/music guides and streaming TV, the loft is very well appointed, even down to the acoustic guitar which played well, and was a fitting touch. There are also plenty of nice dining and shopping spots within walking distances. Check in/check out instructions were very clear/easy, and Chris was quick to respond and resolve a situation that we had with the streaming TV setup. We highly recommend the loft and look forward to taking another trip down, well done!

Downtown Florence really is the heart of the Shoals. When it’s happening here, it’s happening downtown. We love the convenience of Loft 217 to walk around town and to the restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Loft 217 is a historic Florence property. Originally “the Eleanor,” the property has been loved for over a century. Guest will be treated to the original hardwoods and masonry along with a central view of Court Street. Truly, the best part of Loft 217 is ease of access to downtown, UNA, McFarland, and the Tennessee River.
