Enjoy our private room located in the Hilton Vacation Club Cedar Breaks Lodge.

There are building renovations underway on our building May 18-mid September. There could be construction noise from 8am-6pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. Pool will be closed September 2 through October 3.

This kitchen is small but mighty! We’ve packed it full of the necessities making it the perfect place to prepare meals for your family. There is a convenient grocery store located right across the street. There are also some local restaurants if cooking isn’t your idea of a vacation.

Free washers and dryers are located at the end of the hallway for your use.
Ice machine is located at the end of the hallway.

- NO pets allowed, any pets or presence of a pet will result in, but not limited to, a $300 fine.
- NO smoking, drugs, or parties allowed in the condo!

Brian Head Resort is home to some of Utah’s best skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, ATV & snow mobile rentals.

You can’t beat its close proximity to beautiful surroundings and National Parks.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All dishes are washed. They can be left on the counter in the drying rack. There is an additional dish cleaning fee if dirty dishes are left.

Living room heater is turned off before you leave. Also, the fireplace in the bedroom set back down to 65.

Close the fridge and freezer doors completely before you leave. Make sure to sign out of any accounts on TV before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
