Everything about this property is on point. Close to shopping and short drive to beach and other areas. No issues accessing property. Checking out was extremely easy. If we are ever back in this area we would definitely book this property again. I highly recommend

The house was beautiful and very good overall for the first 2 nights although the pool was a little unclean but I think it was from the grass being cut. The owner did get someone out to clean it for us though. The last couple of nights we did excperiance a power outage which did make the air not work and power in the kitchen and half the house be off for the remaining of our trip. This did include the kitchen appliances to not be working and the only air was the fans.

We do want to clarify a few points for future guests: The pool is serviced on a set schedule, which is shared in the house guide, and we also responded quickly to have it cleaned again after lawn care caused some debris. As for the power, the outage was due to a service-area issue outside of our control, not the home itself. We regret the inconvenience it caused and appreciate your patience while it was being resolved. We were glad to hear you enjoyed the property overall and even described your stay as good, and we also extended a refund of over one-third of your booking as a goodwill gesture. We always strive to provide a positive experience and address any concerns promptly.

We have family within an hour of the house and fell in love with the area. Everywhere from Panama City Beach, Miramar, 30A, Destin & Fort Walton. We love it all!

What makes this property unique

The house and pool have been freshly remodeled. It's located on a quiet street with beautiful mature trees. The interior space is open and airy, perfect for Florida vibes.
