A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. A shared pool and BBQ grille is available too. 1000 sq ft cottage with a King size purple bed.

This is a casita with a separate gated entry. There is NOT a covered garage or carport available. There are 2 parking g space available. You will have a gate opener and it’s a keyless casita entry with your own code. The host is residing in the main home.

The home has 2 dogs an Aussie and a mini Doodle, that are friendly and running around the 1.5 acre parcel that is entirely gated. They are mainly inside the main home.

We have been married for 43 years. Have 3 adult children spouse and 7 grand children. We have a 56 year old Construction Business. Our property is spread out over 1.25 acres. We have lived here for 19 years.

Why they chose this property

This is a country property within the city limits. We live that we can irrigate and have a green yard. We back up to the hike trail on the Az Canal. Great for exercising and getting across town on a bike:
