We had a great stay! Location was perfect close to nearby park and lake. Lots of extras for families and kids which was super helpful. Little swingset was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Wonderfully close to the beach and community center

A lovely older home, with the attic punched out to provide additional sleeping and two full baths. We didn't bring kids, but the swing set and close proximity to the large neighborhood playground would be great if you bring the whole family.

Great Family Friendly Cottage

We loved that the property and area were family friendly. There was plenty of room for everyone. My kids loved the games and playset on the property, but also that the community playground and beach were within walking distance.

Weekend getaway

A large group of 10 stayed. Nice little place. But the gem is the towns of Chippewa Lake and Medina. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit either place

Beautiful cottage stay

Plenty of room for the family and the owners had plenty of items to entertain all ages. We didn't have time to use most of them as we were there for my son's wedding. Loved the house and would recommend it.

Family reunion

We stayed at the cottage while attending a family Reunion at the lodge on the other side of the lake. Chippawa is a very nice lake with lots to do. The cottage located close to the lake.

Coming Home

198 Brookshore is a place we've stayed several times. It's in a great locatiion in beautiful Chippewa Lake. Neighbors are nice. You are in walking distance of the Village Inn (for good food and a cold Guinness), the Chippewa Beverage store (for lunch meat, beer, ice cream cones, etc.), the Oaks Lakeside (for music and fine dining) and, of course, Ohio's largest natural lake!

Beautiful property for large property

Wow what a gorgeous property! We are a very large inter generational family, and this house suited us perfectly. The boys LOVED the hideaway upstairs. The girls loved the privacy of the additional bedroom. Everything worked, everything was clean. The pool table was such fun! We would definitely stay here again if we visit the region again.

Chippewa Lake Brookside

The property was perfect for our family and to celebrate Christmas. The property had everything we needed. We were comfortable in the house and had more than we had expected. Property managers answered our questions promptly and very friendly and helpful.

Family visiting to attend a wedding.

Family came from Virginia, Colorado, Alaska, and Indiana to attend a wedding in Medina. Additional family from the area also attended a gathering at the cottage. The swing set and slide were enjoyed by the little ones and the back patio, front porch and living room were enjoyed by family members. This is a lovely house and we fully enjoyed the comfortable living spaces.
