Cozy 2 BR, 1 BA cottage located on Mayo Beach. Cottage is part of the desirable Wellfleeter Condominium Complex located at the end of Mayo Beach. This quaint cottage has a kitchen/dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom features a stand-up shower. Amenities in this rental include: Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels (both bath and beach), flat screen TV's with DVD player and Wireless Internet Service. There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400-foot private beach area. The cottage is walking distance to the following is about 10 - 15 minutes: center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theater and all activities that the Wellfleet Harbor has to offer. It is a 10 min. car ride to Wellfleet's freshwater ponds and spectacular ocean side beaches. This is a non-smoking cottage, unfortunately, as much as I love animals, pets are not allowed.

Wellfleeter cottage

This was my 2nd time renting one of Stacey’s cottages and it was as wonderful as the last time in 2016. Great location and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The cottage was in a great location! Easy access to our own private slice of Mayo beach and walking distance to the pier. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean and organized. Communication with the owners was easy. We loved our stay! We’ll be back!

a beautiful cottage right on mayo beach in wellfleet on cape cod. kids loved it! modern amenities, well furnished, everything right there. a short walk to the wharf, ice cream and seafood. clam chowder every day! highly recommend. thanks.

Checkin was a breeze. Steps from the beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Spotless! Walkable to town and restaurants. Weather was superb. The house is compact but well appointed. What more could you ask for? Will certainly be back.

Overall, the property is in an absolutely fantastic location. It’s on a private beach. Gorgeous. It was very clean. The house is lovely, but a few updates would help. The house feels small because of the overly large furniture and the blinds kept getting tangled. Stove and fridge are dated. Overall very nice place!

Keep it quiet but September is the best month to visit the Cape. Kids are back in school, most restaurants are still open and the weather is perfect. Cabin was the right size for three adults. can't vouch for the kitchen, too many restaurants. Nice beach for walking or sitting on the bench watching the tide. Centrally located P'town and Orleans are both around 20 minutes driving time. Check in-out were smooth. Worst part was leaving . Looking forward to a return trip.

Cozy cottage for 3!

Well-kept cozy cottage for family of 3 with a great view from kitchen. Location can’t be beat for access to all Wellfleet has to offer. Everything one needs to make a great cup of coffee or tea provided. If you like to watch movies, a huge tv and Netflix, Amazon, etc. Loved our 10 min beach or road walks to Ceraldi for coffee and pastries in the AM or to Mac’s on the Pier for dinner. Shopping at pop-up art market in front of beach fun too. So much to do within walking distance to cottage. Overall great experience and hope to come back to Wellfleeter condo next year. For this beach, a good idea to bring water shoes as many shells and rocks, especially in low tide. Thank you Stacey & Peter!

Wonderful week

The location can’t be beat! It’s near restaurants, galleries, tennis & pickle ball courts, and steps from the bay. Comfortable living room and an efficient kitchen. Stackable washer/dryer was great to have. Two twin beds as advertised were comfortable. The ‘queen’ bed is actually a full.

Lovely place!!

An enjoyable stay. Lovely area and right on Mayo beach. The cabin has everything you could want. You may want to bring beach towels though. A great value for the location. We have already booked for next year!

Excellent location and lots of updates!

My husband, my elderly mother, and I stayed at this cottage in June, and it was amazing! Every detail was taken care of, and the cottage was recently updated so everything was clean and functioning very well. Location was terrific - we had easy access to beaches and P town. I highly recommend this place to stay. Just make sure you are able to share a small space with your trip mates - it is cozy.

Very cute and as advertised.

It was fine for two adults. Peter was very helpful in clearing up a TV snafu caused by previous renters. A strong suggestion would be to prepare a notebook of instructions re all electrical items, as other hosts do where we have rented. This would help to avoid confusion. But - a good cottage!

Nice comfortable, clean cottage. Just steps from the beach. Plenty of beach combing at low tide. Nice area with lots of good restaurants very close by. Great service. A little issue getting in but just one of those things Landlord was quick to response to any issues. Had an excellent stay
