Welcome to Buddy’s Highland Hideaway — our cozy cabin nestled in the pines, lovingly named in honor of two of our cherished furry family members. Surrounded by towering pines, this cozy retreat offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Enjoy exploring nearby hiking and trails within the community of Suncadia resort, snowmobiling, and lake activities, or unwind by the firepit under a starlit sky. Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space with modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy pellet stove to keep you warm.

Close to the charming Pacific Northwest towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum, where you can explore quaint gift shops, restaurants and handcrafted artisan goods. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a peaceful retreat, this cabin is your perfect home away from home. We happily welcome your four-legged companions, too!

To help keep the space comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds, or that you use a blanket if they like to snuggle close.

*****NOTE*** WINTER BOOKINGS: Bookings from Mid-November to March could require use of a tracked vehicle to access cabin if the gate is closed. There is a snow taxi in the area and there is parking at the bottom of the hill. I can provide that information if you are interested. If the gate isn't closed, cabin is easily accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles. Winter bookings are book at your own risk.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure that all wall heaters are turned off. Turn off all lights EXCEPT the two lights to the outdoor flood/motion lights. Those are just inside the front door and sliding glass patio door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cozy Cabin in Beautiful Cle Elum

We had a nice and relaxing stay here. 6 minutes from Cle Elum Lake and 15 minutes from Cooper Swim Hole on the Cle Elum River. 8 minutes from Roslyn and their cute downtown. The Cabin was very clean and the outside porches and fire pit were a great place to sit and relax during the evening.

Our small group plus doggo absolutley loved our stay. The home is so simple for a mountain getaway and comes with everything one would need. Perfect location, perfect home, perfect host.
