Enjoy a vintage green dresser with a unique mirror and a large TV equipped with Hulu, Prime, and Netflix (note: sound is slightly muffled).A stainless steel refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker with various flavors and creamers, a selection of teas, and a microwave complete your kitchenette. The calming atmosphere ensures a peaceful stay, with a private bath just steps away. You'll have complete privacy on this side of the home. A chair and bedside table create a perfect nook for work or snacks. Your super host, known for exceptional hospitality, respects your privacy while ensuring a serene environment. Seasonal pool and spa access are available for $30/hr (reservations required), and a delicious breakfast can be ordered at check-in for $25, served from 8:00a - 10:00a (reservations required). Come unwind and enjoy a tranquil getaway! Laundry is limited to 1 load with a stay of min of 3 days at $20. Chauffeur to the PGA is available with booking the day of checking in. It is $30 to the Omni and to pick you up.

What we enjoy most about the neighborhood is the friendliness how safe it is and we have trails here in the neighborhood is also very convenient to H-E-B Kroger Walmart
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is that we are right across the street from the famous brand new PGA golf course in Frisco Texas. There is also a universal Studios opening up at the end of the year right across the street. We are literally three turns to Little Elm Beach, where you can rent canoes and paddle boards. What makes this property unique is the solitude and peacefulness here in the house. It is perfect for professionals such as traveling nurses golfers, and we noticed that people traveling in the town of Little Elm to look to relocate really enjoy staying here. You are on your own in your own area. It’s very safe And we also offer breakfast upon reservation the night before for an added fee and we have a beautiful pool and hot tub bar reservation only with an added fee.
