Make yourself at home in this 2 BR while you have someone recuperating at the hospital or if you are a traveling Medical or Business professional . This Waconia retreat is also just 6 blocks from the lake and a Cute Downtown Area with many places to grab a bite to eat, a drink or some Coffee. There are several wineries nearby. Spend some time at the Theater or the bowling alley.
This home offers 2 Bedrooms and a flex room/Office area that has a futon. Full galley Kitchen with Brand new appliances. Bath with new shower. Fresh paint everywhere. There is a small back deck perfect for morning coffee. This home is ideal for a small group of guests. Experience all Waconia has to offer with a stay near the medical facilities, downtown and the lake. All are within blocks of our townhome. Large discounts for an extended stay, when you will appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. There are very few photos posted as we are just finishing up a remodel. Waconia is a great town with so much to offer. A small town feel but most big town amenities. The Lake is the highlight. If you rent a boat or just sit at Lola's Lakehouse and watch them go by somehow that water is relaxing.
