The dining room is set to seat 4 and can be expanded for larger groups. The house has 2 steps to the front door, plus a step into the main house from the entry.

The upstairs includes the large master bedroom with queen bed and ample closet and shelf space, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and a smaller bedroom with sitting area including futon. This floor is the second story of the home accessible by a full staircase.
