To relax or entertain, use the one of the beachfront terraces, or the private pool area which includes a BBQ and smoker.

The 1st floor main bedroom with ensuite bath opens up directly to your private pool area. Loft bedroom offers a 2ndseating area, 2 single beds and direct access to the wrap around patio. The open-plan great room, which has a dining area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a seating area that opens to the terrace.

The Neighborhood:
It would be easy to spend your stay enjoying the beach just outside your door. But if you want to explore a little more, make the 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso Malecon, a 30 min drive to the beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The City of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many, many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car? That's ok, Tuk tuks, taxis, Uber, and private drivers are all available for hire.

Getting Around:
When you arrive you will find an informational booklet inside that has contact information for local drivers.

Other Things to Note:
Because we are a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico the area can have power and internet outages. If this should happen the hosts will do everything in their power to get these services restored however there will be no refunds or discounts due to loss of utility services.
