Mare Lindo is an antique casona fully remodelled from the gut and upgraded to host 3 independent studios.
After a few years of managing vacation rentals in Progreso area, Mare Lindo is our first own project by YV. We took in consideration aaall the do's & don'ts in preparing a home for hosting vacation rentals.
Some of the features you will surely appreciate from the photos, but some others more discrete will make your stay here a pleasant one.

Why they chose this property

This is the central studio in Mare Lindo. It is a large studio of over 470 square feet. Open concept with a spacious kitchen & bathroom as they were the original ones in the casona. It has a king bed.

Some of the features in each studio:
- fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, water dispenser, fridge, coffee maker.
- keyless entry, alarm system & safe.
- steady and strong wifi re-routed to each unit.
- 43 inch Smart TV.
- Hot water on demand & pressurized water.
- Exterior terrace & seating area for private use. Be sure to try the hammock on the terrace... It is our definite favorite spot!

What makes this property unique

Mare Lindo is in a priviledged location, it sits in a residential neighbourhood, mix of expats and locals, a few blocks east of the Malecon, Progreso's iconic boardwalk. And yes! Just a block from shore :)
Laundry a couple blocks away. Many restaurants and drugstores that would deliver to your door.
