The apartment has 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms, full kitchen with 3 refrigerators, living room with television, 2 dining rooms for 6 people each and 2 balconies (one on the 3 floor and one on the 4 floor) with excellent views of the beach.

The apartments are a family complex so they are very well maintained, they have a giant pool for their use, recreation tables and Tulum-style palapa
