Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Host didn’t confirm booking initially. I reached out a few hours before we arrived and they responded telling us check in when we arrived at the desk. Upon arrival, our booking wasn’t in the system. I had entered my card information and it wasn’t on file. They had nothing about us traveling with two pets, even though I had arranged that on Vrbo. They gave us a room key we get there and it’s one bed. We purchased a two queen room since there is three of us. I went back they gave us a different room. The room that they put us in had a completely unfinished ceiling with cut outs in the drywall that had not been mudded or taped. They don’t have parking for guests. Overall, my experience was poor and I would recommend staying at a different hotel.
