Our stay was great. Having two pools and the hot tub was essential for the kids. We wouldd definitely stay here again. That being said, and maybe this is my own fault, I did not realize this was a hotel. For some reason I thought I was reserving a condo, so don't expect to receive information on entry information, you just check in at the front deak.

It was a nice, comfortable room with an excellent view of the lake from the balcony. The heated pool and hot tub were added bonuses. The tiki bar was so covenient and fun. Super location and such a great relaxing vacation destination.

Mold in bathroom, no little frig in room. No breakfast options. Three times costs of other hotel on the island for the concert. Staff was nice, view was great too.

Loved the facility. Was disappointed that you couldn’t even get a cup of complimentary coffee or tea. $4 for half cup of coffee was a bit outrageous. Without a microwave or fridge you couldn’t even make a cup of coffee or tea.

The room itself was very clean however the screened balcony had not been attended to. There was still late spring pollen. insects and cobwebs collected on both side of the screen.
