Beautiful tiled double extended patio with Island built in gas Viking BBQ, the patio has a vinyl awning and is accessible from both the master suite as well as the living room. Master suite has a King bed and 37" flat screen TV. Second bedroom/converted/den has a queen bed, 31" flat screen TV and a full bath attached, The living room has a 46" flat screen TV and a fireplace (decorative only) it burns fireplace gel. This condo has a double garage (with golf cart in one space) so only half available to the renter - Free high speed wireless internet - License #40375
