The laundry didn’t work and we were told it leaked downstairs so we had to get our laundry done elsewhere. The hot water tank also leaked so we had to place a bucket under it. The shower lacked pressure. The pillows were pretty ancient. The host was responsive, the concierge was great, as was the location. The decoration could definitely be modernized but that wasn’t a big deal.
