Escape to Helen's Lakeview Cottage—a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat backing right up to Harrison Lake State Park. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful solo escape, this cozy, open-concept cottage offers lake views, access to hiking trails, and endless opportunities for relaxation or adventure.

Unplug completely—there’s no Wi-Fi or TV—so you can fully immerse yourself in nature, reconnect, and recharge. We have a cabinet full of games to keep you busy too.

There is a queen size bed and a full bathroom stocked with essentials, including fresh towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and a first aid kit.

The kitchen offers all the essentials including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, cutting boards, bake-ware, an assortment of spices, and condiments in the fridge.

Out back you can sit and have a fire in the fire pit and enjoy the views.

Currently there is no air conditioning. A unit is scheduled to be installed before summer.

The cottage has well water, so we have a Brita filter in the fridge for those of you who don't like the well water taste.

First set of paper products are provided, such as bathroom tissue and paper towels.

All linens and kitchen & bath towels provided.
