We had a spacious, modern and clean hotel room. Having used Vrbo to book this facility, I expected a kitchenette which this room did not have. Perhaps the error is on my end but my understanding is that booking on VRBO provides full accommodations which has been my experience to Otherwise, I was satisfied with the room except that a towel bar or hooks in the bathroom would be practical.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious, modern and clean room. Hotel M2 is a boutique hotel, and our Vrbo listing describes the room and its included amenities; a kitchenette is not listed as an amenity. Vrbo offers both hotel accommodations and vacation rentals, so amenities can vary by property. We’re happy to hear that overall you were satisfied with your stay, and we appreciate your feedback
