The facility was great.The front desk was very helpful.The only downside was the seaweed and the smell.it was overpowering in some places onsite,specifically in the southernmost cafe.We could only eat there Thursday afternoon.We would not hesitate to return.Alan and Alissa

Great place to stay! Room was spacious and clean. Lots of access to hot spots. Tranquility pool was so relaxing with no music or partying, and private beach access was a plus! Short walk to Southernmost Point Buoy. I would love to return!

We enjoyed the location but the main reason we chose the location was for the direct beach access however the beach was closed due to seaweed.The resort never made an effort to notify us in advance to give us a chance to modify our arrangements.The resort did not offer any compensation and still charged 70 a day for resort fees.

Check in was quick, but maybe should have been shown our room. We got stuck in the elevator, couldn’t figure out how to open the door. All in all it took us about 25 min and asking numerous questions where to find the room.
